If you are selling your property on your own and you want to have the best results, you need to make some improvements to make the buyers fall in love with your house.
VIRTUAL HOME STAGING
Virtual home staging is a one-time solution if you don't want to invest in traditional staging and want to save some money on the rental of furniture and accessories.
We take your space and prepare a design to show the property possibilities in case you are still living in your house. Buyers tend to find it difficult to imagine the house as their own when it is still inhabited.

HOME STAGING
Depending on your budget and if the house is empty, we can assist in setting the furnishing and accessories to make the home feel beautifully neutral, cozy, and easy to sell.
We can either fully or partially furnish or accessory it, depending if the property is on sale, for a rental, or Airbnb.
